Phase 01Live online

Industry, Market & Commerce

30 hours

Covers global diamond industry, the LGD value chain and the economics of manufacturing. Extends into branding, digital retail, export markets and disclosure compliance.

Phase 02Live online

Growth Science and Technology

48 hours

Builds the science of HPHT and CVD growth, from thermodynamics to reactor systems and parameter control. Continues through post-processing, polishing, treatment and diamond characterization.

Phase 03In-person

Lab Practice and Capstone

12 hours

Hands-on work at InCent-LGD, IIT Madras, covering safety induction, reactor operations and a supervised growth run. Participants then cut, polish and characterize their own sample for the final assessment.
